Sifa, a refugee who escaped violence in the Democratic Republic of Congo, had not seen her husband Kakule in 7 years—until now. The couple and their children are finally together again in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The IRC team that helped make their reunion happen was there for the long-awaited moment.
