One year since the earthquake, the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and our partners in Syria and Türkiye are continuing to focus on critical relief needs, while emphasizing long-term, sustainable support to rehabilitation and early recovery in impacted communities.
We continue to distribute critical goods such as medical and pharmaceutical supplies, while providing health care, mental health and psycho-social care, and physiotherapy in mobile clinics and mobile medical units. We are supporting households to make dignified choices about their futures by providing livelihoods trainings and small business grants, and encouraging a protective and safe environment for all through safe spaces for women and children and early childhood development activities.
